Studio Como is a full service design and architecture studio in Los Angeles.

As a small studio, we offer individualized attention to your project. Recognizing that every client and project is unique, we have a design approach that is audience centered which results in meaningful designs that resonate with their users.

Our design process always starts in the same place - with the audience. Who is this design for? Who will be using the space? What is important to them to see and feel here? The answers to these questions directly inform the design. We don't have a signature style as a company, and that's why people come to us - to see themselves and their own brands reflected in their spaces. Our clients love it, and their customers also love it because they feel connected to the brand in their experience of the space.

Loren Perry

Loren Perry is a licensed Architect with a depth of experience in both luxury residential and bespoke commercial projects. She leads the Studio Como team with her technical, analytical, and design strength, effectively coordinating project development with teams of all sizes. Her concern for detail and leadership capabilities are integral to the projects she manages. From working on one-of-a-kind hillside residences to thoughtfully renovating historic properties, she brings her unique experience and sharp sensibilities to every project.

Blaire McPherson

Blaire has over ten years experience in all phases of project delivery. A team leader with a collaborative work style and extensive experience guiding domestic and international projects from concept to completion, she touches all aspects of design. With a focus on Hospitality, Retail, and Food and Beverage projects, she has completed several projects in the greater Los Angeles market and has a nuanced understanding of current and emerging restaurant trends. She brings to all projects an awareness of best practices for environmental health and sustainability.
