Staying true to Hank’s moniker of “a deli of sorts” this clean, warm, and casual deli design was executed for owners Trevor and Kelley Farris as a relocation to a larger storefront space on Ventura Blvd.
A breezy customer flow to the large service countertop and a bustling kitchen area just behind evokes the feel of a family-owned and operated bagel shop true to Hank’s expanding brand. Welcoming and friendly staff are immediately visible upon entrance.
It was essential to keep returning customers at-ease and the staff efficient by utilizing a familiar floor plan, maximizing space, and considering foot traffic and flow. Customers can just as easily take away a bagel and juice on the run as they can sit and relax under the shade of Ventura Blvd.’s towering palms at an intimate outdoor bistro table.
